1. About this document

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of kevin-the-barber-website.pages.dev ("the Site") and your relationship with ROYAL Barber ("we", "the business").

Using the site means you accept these Terms. If you disagree, please don't use the site.

3. Who the site is for

The site presents the ROYAL barbershop and the online barbering courses Kevin Székely is preparing. Haircut/beard bookings go through the third-party platform MERO. The online courses are currently in preparation — the site does not process online payments.

The site is intended for people over 16.

4. ROYAL Barber's services

At the Dămăcușeni, Maramureș address, ROYAL Barber offers:

  • Haircut / styling, a classic men's cut with styling.
  • Haircut / beard trim, the full package.
  • Discounted rate for students.
  • House calls, within 20–30 km.

Prices shown on the site are indicative; the final price is confirmed at booking, through MERO.

5. Online courses (in preparation)

The "Courses" page shows three indicative tiers (Bază, Master, Complet) with their prices. These courses are in preparation — they cannot currently be purchased through the site. Expressing interest via Instagram creates no payment obligation. When the courses become available for purchase, this document will be updated with the applicable sale, delivery and withdrawal terms under Romanian digital-content regulations.

6. Bookings

Haircut/beard bookings run through mero.ro, a third-party platform. Booking, cancellation and no-show terms are MERO's own.

7. Complaints and disputes

7.1. How to complain

If you're unhappy with a service, message us on Instagram. We'll try to resolve it within 30 days.

7.2. Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)

If an amicable resolution isn't possible, you can use the ADR mechanisms coordinated by ANPC (the Romanian consumer protection authority):

7.4. Courts

If ADR doesn't resolve the dispute, the courts of Maramureș County, Romania have jurisdiction.

8. Liability

8.1. Limitations

Site content is informational. We make reasonable efforts to keep information (services, prices, hours) accurate and current. We are not liable for indirect damages from transcription errors or delayed updates, except where the law provides otherwise.

8.2. Availability

The site is provided "as is". We do not guarantee 100% availability (maintenance, hosting provider outages).

8.3. External content

The site links to external pages (MERO, Google Maps, Instagram, Facebook, ANPC). We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

9. Intellectual property

All site content (text, images, design, structure) is the property of ROYAL Barber or used with permission. You may not copy, redistribute, modify or use it commercially without our written consent.

Exceptions:

  • You may share links to pages.
  • You may print a page for personal, non-commercial use.

10. Acceptable use

Please do not use the site to:

  • Send spam, abusive, illegal or unsolicited messages.
  • Attempt to compromise the site's security (attacks, scans, exploits).
  • Scrape content automatically without consent.
  • Impersonate another person or business.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. The current version is dated at the top of this document.

14. Force majeure

We are not liable for delays or non-performance caused by force majeure events, per the Romanian Civil Code.

15. Severability

If a clause is found void or invalid, the remaining clauses stay in effect.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes are resolved per section 7.
